Thank you to The Restoration Clean Up team from Nicole in the office to the on-site team members of Armando, Jose and Gus. Each interaction with the team was amazingly professional. Their investigation, evaluation, and the process of drying out of the area were clearly explained, they helped educate me and fully understand what was and what needed to happen to restore my home.
Their documentation supported the recovery costs for my insurance claim which reduced issued that could otherwise be challenged by the insurance company (sine the insurance company (in over a week) has never even been out to the property to do their own evaluation).
Dealing with contractors, several insurance representatives, plumbers, etc. has not always been enjoyable or easy. The Restoration Clean Up team were shining stars of courtesy and professionalism. Every team member showed their respect for their customers as well as for their work.

I developed a leak in my kitchen sink and hired a restoration/mitigation company. They showed up to drop off fans and dehumidifiers. They did not take time to measure the moisture level of the affected area or even how far it reached. It seemed as if they wanted to just drop off equipment and leave as quickly as possible only to return in 3 days to check on the status. The drying process did not work so we had to rip out the wet hard wood floors and kitchen cabinets. Their crew would walk in and not even address you or provide you their names. They started removal of the wet wood and damaged many of my cabinet fronts which were salvageable. They removed the cabinets below the sink counter without placing support beams before the removal. In addition, they placed my pots/pans on top of the counter, weighing the counter down further. You could see the counter start to separate from the wall as if it would collapse.
Thus, I decided to let this company go. My insurance company recommended Restoration Clean Up Company. I called and your company was able to come out immediately that same day. We made a 5pm appointment and I was told that the initial appointment would be to size up the situation and that work would commence the following day.
Armando and Dave arrived at the scheduled time of 5pm. They were courteous and respectful. Because the first mitigation company left everything in such disarray, Armando and Dave ended up stayed until well past 9pm to get things ready for the crew the next day. Armando took time to explain the work that needed to be done and the time line for this work. I was impress with his diligence to ensure that things would be returned to the right path and felt safe giving him the key to my house.
Subsequently, I met Antonio (project manager) and others in the crew. Each employee greeted me and provided their names. They placed support beams under my counter & started working on removal of the wet wood. My personal items were well packed & handled with care. They worked hard to get my home done in a timely fashion.
Both Armando and Antonio were reachable by phone and text and always replied in a timely manner. The employees of Restoration Clean Up Company have provided an excellent quality of work and customer care. I am grateful for their help and highly recommend this professional team to anyone.“

I’m writing in regard to our restoration clean up. On the evening of 1/14/2015 we noticed that our kitchen floor was distorted and looking swollen. The following day 1/15/2015 we called our Insurance to report the damage. Within 24 hours, an insurance adjuster arrived at our home on 1/16/2015 to investigate the damage. In less than two hours later, Antonio Magana arrived with equipment to start the drying process.
Following Antonio’s appointment on Friday, Armando and Clayton arrived on Monday 1/19/2015 and remove the damaged hardwood floor in two separate rooms. Both Armando and Clayton were extremely professional and kept our home clean and free of slippery saw dust during the entire process. On the morning of 1/21/2015, Antonio and Cedric arrived to evaluate mold damage between the kitchen cabinets and the exterior wall. Sheetrock was removed and bagged, so the drying process could continue. Cedric has excellent interpersonal skills, and was very pleasant to deal with.
This morning 1/22/2015, Antonio returned to remove the drying equipment from our home, so we can continue the construction process. Bernadetta, I wanted to share this message with you for a couple of reasons. The first is to recognize professionalism and credit your employees for an outstanding job in our home. It’s not a daily occurrence that a home owner deals with a company that is well organized and on time as scheduled. I’m not certain how the chain of command works it’s way back to the employees, but if there is a path to relay this message to those that did such a great job, I would like to request that their professionalism is recognized.
